Welcome to our company, which exists since 1988 and specializes in the traditional method of production of ice cream, which are available in a wide range of flavours.
We also make deep-frozen meringue and sponge layer cakes, cakes with cream in many different flavours, as well as fruit, nut and chocolate cream cakes.
The cakes are cryogenically frozen, which is responsible for the fact that after defrosting, they do not differ from those freshly prepared. They do not contain any preservatives. Our frozen cakes may be kept at -18 C up to 8 months and may be of great help to any lady of the house in case of unexpected guests or a number of different occasions.
We also specialize in the production of:
-ice cream and dessert sauces and syrups for the decoration od the "edges" of ice cream from the vending machine. The syrups taste and smell like fresh fruit and do not "flow down" from the ice crem. They are colourful and look appetizing.
Moreover, we make syrups for "shakes" which not only look beautiful bu also taste delicious.
The products made by ITALIANA are successful and some of them are even prizewinners. The frozen Spanish cake has received, among others, a Regional Quality Mark (Regionalny Znak Jakości) for its top quality, as well as a Golden Medal (Złoty Medal) presented during International Fair in Katowice FOODTARG '99. The cassatte ice cream from ITALIANA has received an honourable mention for its perfect quality in the competition of the Governor of the Province in 1998 and is most popular among our clients. ITALIANA is a modern, fully equipped factory that fulfils all EU-requirements and the products are unique and of the highest quality.

In January 2006 we received a licence to export our products and we were moved under the supervision of WIS. In February 2006 we also obtained certificates of the Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 which had already been introduced and the certificate of Food Safety Management HACCP.
